Big family-friendly hotel, the location and cleanliness were good. The room was well-appointed, with lagoon view. Easy check-in was a bonus. It was surely a very good stay on Christmas time.

Well-maintained place for one night, totally recommend. The venue is reasonably spacious and fairly clean with a good value and decent staff. The pool area is lovely too.

I liked my stay, it was great. Quiet hotel, staff were courteous and the location was comfy close to Disney parks. The breakfast was great with EXCELLENT meals. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, flat-screen television and a fridge.

The hotel was top-notch and pretty standard, and the staff were knowledgeable, loved the perfect location not far from parks as well as Disney Springs.

Hotel is unique, rooms are impeccable, outstandingly accommodating staff. Absolutely fabulous view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Very responsive staff, silent room, relaxing bed. The river view was gorgeous. The pool was well-maintained and I had wonderful drinks in the outdoor bar. Great value, I had a decent stay.

The hotel was fabulous, rooms and the breakfasts here were good. Awesome view of river. I liked the lakeside restaurant, where I had dinner. The staff was condescending and the stay certainly was great value.

this hotel was great value, seeing price-lists in other hotels. airy, tasteful rooms, lovely bed, very very helpful staff. booked with an awesome breakfast and i liked the meal. had delicious drinks in the bistro bar in the evening.

The hotel was business and spotlessly clean with free wi-fi. Worth every penny breakfast and lots of goodies. Spacious suite and big bed. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay😃

Everything was exceptional, hotel offers excellent service and amazing location. Queen room was beautiful, beautiful, with tiled bathroom. Friendly check-in, late check-out. Appreciated Orlando, the venue was absolutely spotless. The beach nearby was good and the view was outstanding.

We go there often, and recommend it to friends. Staff was helpful as always. Orlando International airport was hardly 29 minutes away by car.

Came in Orlando to relax and have fun, this resort was fabulous base for doing it. Loved the food at their on-site restaurant Hemingway's. Best property we have stayed in.

Sea world orlando was just a short distance away. The entire experience was very nice.
